Delete your account
You can close your StoreMingle account and have your personal information removed. Here is how, and exactly what happens.
How to request it
Email privacy@storemingle.com from the address on your account, asking us to delete it. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. You do not need the app installed.
What is removed
- Your name, email address, phone number and postal addresses
- Your profile picture and any business-verification documents you uploaded
- Your saved locations, privacy settings and notification preferences
- Your sign-in — the account can no longer be used
What is kept, and why
Closing your account does not erase other businesses’ records of dealing with you. StoreMingle is a wholesale marketplace, and the organizers and vendors you traded with keep their own books:
- Orders you placed, held by the vendors who fulfilled them, with your personal details removed
- Records organizers and vendors are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes
- Anonymised, aggregated counts that cannot be traced back to you
Those records no longer identify you: your details are stripped from them, and what remains is the transaction itself.
A copy of your data first
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy of what we hold, ask for an export at the same address before requesting deletion.
